The Philosophy

Technical excellence is a habit, not an act. When you are scaling an agency, the biggest risk is dilution of quality. My role as Head of L&D wasn't just to teach syntax; it was to instill a mindset of ownership and craftsmanship.

We moved from "getting it done" to "getting it done right, efficiently, and scalable." This shift resulted in higher client retention and lower technical debt across all projects.
